Had a great consult with our surgeon today. She’s optimistic about the chemo and the outcome. We start the six week chemotherapy program tomorrow.One heck of a Valentine.
Nora is feeling good, but a little tired from all the poking and needles. We are both relieved that treatment is finally starting.

Nora has read your comments and greatly appreciates all them and your text messages, care packages, and positive energy flowing this way. Might be able to avoid the light bill with all that power. We’ve very excited about a visit by Dustin this weekend. He’s never been to “The Ridge.”

We haven’t met — I’m the nut (former actress) Paul may have spoken about. I was supposed to come visit last year to get me out of my depression but I was too depressed. And then you moved. I am so shocked to hear of your news and await further developments. Since I’m (now) a medical editor, I would understand the medical diagnosis. Assume that you’re being well taken care of and it’s just amazing what they can do these days. As I once read, while in the hospital, keep your spirits up and your gown down! Not to make a serious situation light… My thoughts and prayers are with you and Paul. He’s a great guy to have to help you face this thing. Love, Mary
